Our Story
The dishes chosen for this menu are inspired by a lifetime of cooking,
entertaining and restaurant operating by our Executive Chef, Cheri Stigler.
From a life that began on a peanut farm in Central Texas, to many years in El Paso and finally landing in North Texas, our chef has a love for all things homemade, homegrown and Southwestern. You will see a bit of Latin flair in some dishes and many that are the influence of long summer days on the farm harvesting and cooking alongside Mom and Grandma, where “scratch kitchen” was not a trend, but a way of life.
But above all our chef has a desire to please and feed people dishes that are tasty, nutritional and satisfying.
